The Browns put up a baseball score and still ended up pulling off a great win at home in the snow. 8-0 was the final, and if you were like me you were just wondering and hoping the game clock to move quicker. I didn’t want it to stop, at all!
The offensive line really stepped it up in the white powder and opened up amazing holes for Jamal Lewis to run through. The man broke off 163 yards, he had the most yards in the NFL this past Sunday and he was running in 2 inches of snow. Way to go Jamal!
Edwards had some amazing catches to keep quite a few drives alive when it looked like we were to go 3 and out. Such a team effort this past Sunday.
But who could forget the 2 field goal kicks. To make 49 yard field goal in Blizzard like conditions is one Dawson will be telling his grandkids someday. All it took were 2 FG’s, 1 safety, and a lot of running the clock on Jamals part.
With this win it put the Bills out for extending their season into playoff contention. The Browns have as of right now secured a Wild Card spot (of course nothing is a quarantee), but they might have a shot at a Division title if the Steelers keep playing like they have been. The Browns play the Bengals in Cincinnati this Sunday and then have San Fran at home to close out the regular season.
